1. Returns Policy

Right Of Returns

We understand purchasing high-end simulator equipment is a big leap. To make your decision easier, we provide you with the best return policy on the market. You can get your new pedals in and drive on them for 14 days and if you don't enjoy them, get ahold of us in the 14 day window and we'll happily accept them back. Just send them back to our address and we'll refund you. 

 

It's our way of showing our confidence in the products we build. We're confident after you drive on them you'll be amazed at the huge difference between these and your current set you're using. 

 

2. Returns Process

How To Return

We take any concern to return our products very seriously. If you're wanting to begin a return on any of our products, start off by emailing "Support@SimCoaches.com". We'll be able to assist you in refunding your products very quickly. 

Sim Coaches does not provide return shipping. You'll need to purchase return shipping. 

 

3. Possible Charges

Cases You May Not Receive Full Refund

In the case we receive the product back and it is damaged. We'll need to replace the damaged parts. We would refund the amount minus the rebuild for damages. If you're interested in what each part costs for damaged repairs, you can email "support@simcoaches.com" and we'll be able to get you a damaged return cost. 

It is important to ship the products back in the package they came in or, if you've thrown that packaging out, in a very padded shipping arrangement.

If products are returned modified beyond the scope of the Sim Coaches design, there will be a cost to bring the products back to their intended design.

We do not charge restocking fees on any returns. Only fees that may incur are damage fees. If you return the product in great condition like you received them, there will be no problems.
