Our hydraulic pedals are built to take a beating. Push them hard. Slam the brakes. Left-foot brake like your life depends on it. That's what they're designed for — and our Lifetime Warranty means you never have to worry about what happens if something wears out.
Lifetime warranties are rare in sim racing. Most companies give you 1–2 years and call it a day. We don't. If it breaks, we fix it. Period.
What's Covered
Everything. Every component in our pedals is covered under our Lifetime Warranty. Hydraulic cylinders, sensors, electronics, pedal arms — all of it. You use them the way they're meant to be used, and if something fails, we handle it.
Our products are built in the USA, tested extensively before they ship, and designed to be the last pedals you ever buy. But real-world use is real-world use. Parts wear. Things happen. That's why the warranty exists — so you can race without worrying about your hardware.

Replacement Component Pricing
Full transparency — here's exactly what each component costs if it needs to be replaced under warranty. All labor and parts are covered under your Lifetime Warranty. You only cover shipping.

- Throttle Position Sensor — $85

These prices reflect the actual cost of the components we use. Under warranty, they're covered at no charge to you. We show them here so you know exactly what goes into your pedals and the value of the coverage you have.
Simple 3-Step Warranty Process
1. Contact Us: Send our support team an email with the problems you're running into. Photos help speed up diagnosis. If we can help remotely, we will. If it seems like a repair is needed, our team will let you know.
2. Ship The Product In: Box it up and ship it in. Our warranty covers all parts that need to be replaced. Shipping to and from will need to be covered by you.
3. Get The Product Back: After we thoroughly test the product to ensure it meets our quality standards, we'll ship it back to you. Warranty work takes priority — typically 1–2 business days once we receive it.
Warranty Ownership & Eligibility
Lifetime Warranties are tied to the original owner only.
When you purchase directly from Sim Coaches, your warranty is automatically registered in our system. If you ever need warranty service, we verify ownership through our records.
Original Owners
If you purchased from us but are not currently in our system, you'll need to produce the original invoice to verify your purchase. If you cannot produce the original invoice, a $200 warranty reactivation fee will apply to re-register you in our system.
Second-Hand Purchases
If you purchased your equipment from someone else, you are not covered under the original warranty unless the warranty is formally transferred. The warranty transfer fee is $200, which registers you as the new covered owner in our system.
To transfer a warranty, email support@simcoaches.com with the subject line 'Warranty Transfer' and include: who you purchased from, what equipment you have, and date of purchase.
When Warranties Are Voided
We reserve the right to void warranties at any time. It's important you review the following so you fully protect your coverage.
Your warranty will be voided for:
- Opening up electronics or internal components
- Taking equipment apart or disassembling it
- Intentionally breaking or abusing equipment
- Foul-play or unintended use
- Attempting unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Using the warranty system to obtain free upgrades or profit
Important: We only warranty work performed in-house by our team. Our Lifetime Warranty is not a way to get free upgrades or new equipment. If we determine any user is exploiting the warranty program, their coverage will be permanently revoked.
Sim Coaches LLC reserves the right to void any warranty at its sole discretion.
