How much does it cost to rent an F1 simulator?
From $2,800/day for our Pro static simulator, $3,900/day for the Omega 3DOF motion simulator, and $6,200/day for the Elite 6DOF motion simulator. Every rate includes delivery, setup, professional staff, live leaderboards and teardown — there are no surprise line items.
What is included in the rental?
Everything: delivery to your venue, full setup, trained operators who run the experience for the whole event, a live leaderboard, F1 / NASCAR / GT3 / IndyCar content, lead capture for your booth, and teardown afterwards.
Do you deliver outside Las Vegas?
Yes — we are Las Vegas-based and serve events nationwide, with dedicated service in Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, Miami, New York and Orlando.
Is this an official Formula 1 simulator?
Our simulators deliver authentic F1-style racing experiences using professional racing software and full-motion platforms we manufacture ourselves. We are an independent company and not affiliated with or licensed by Formula 1.
How far in advance should I book?
For major conventions like CES and SEMA, book as early as you can — those weeks sell out. For most corporate events, we can often accommodate short notice, including same-day setup where logistics allow.
