Refund policy
We have a 14-day no questions asked policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Our rule is that if we can't meet your expectations, then we don't deserve your money.

Racing Simulators are non-refundable and refunds are available for 48 hours after deposit is received.
We do not cover return shipping costs. Any costs to return your shipment must be covered by you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All products must arrive back to us in the same brand new condition it arrived to you in. If there is damage, you will be charged for the products to be brought back to new quality. To request a sheet of build costs, please send us an email to support@simcoaches.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your item and refunded your account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We refund your bank after we receive the products back in our possession.
Customers are responsible for any import/shipping fees that are associated with refunds.
Damages that occur during shipping due to poor packaging is deducted from the refund amount as "rebuilding charges". Products must be returned in the same shape as it was shipped.
