Q: Do your pedals leak?

A: No. We've designed a hydraulic cylinder in house that is 100% meant for sim racing and sim racing only. It has 3X the amount of seals the typical Wilwood cylinder has. Our focus was on designing a hydraulic option that give you the real world feel without you having to worry about leaks.

 

Q: Where are you products made?

A: We design, manufacture and assemble all of our products our of our facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. 

 

Q: Are you continuing to develop new products

A: Yes, during this year we are looking to release a lot of new products all with the highest attention to detail made from billet aluminum.

 

Q: Why do you offer a lifetime warranty? No one else does that.

A: it shows our confidence in our products. We build things to last and put a lot of thought into our products. Having a lifetime warranty not only gives you peace of mind but it also makes us provide the highest quality products as a by product.

 

Q: Do you have a supplier around the world?

A: No. Right now we are the only ones that sell our products.

Q: What if i need warranty work?

A: We know how upsetting it could be if your equipment goes down. We prioritize warranties when they come in so your down time is minimal. If you need warranty work, send us an email to support@simcoaches.com and explain what your situation is and we'll get you help.
