Lifetime warranties are rare in the racing world. It's common to see 1 or 2 years, but never a lifetime. When we decided to offer something completely different to the market, we knew the guarantee had to be next level as well.

Our motto has always been providing you with the best products you can get your hands on. We source our products locally in the USA, we manufacture them here and we focus on sales here. Our products are intended to be the last purchase you'll make in their category.
All of our products get tested extensively before we release them for sale. In the off chance you run into a problem, we refresh the product back to operating condition. It doesn't matter if it's 1 year after you purchase or 10 years after you purchase. We're here to ensure your new hardware continues to work how it needs to.
We understand racing is very competitive and missing a race due to warranties is not good for points. If you're in a position where you need replacement product while yours is being fixed, let us know and we'll be able to find a way to accommodate for you.

The reason we offer it is to motivate us to build the most bullet-proof products we possibly can. And it's our guarantee to you that you have our word. If we built mediocre products that constantly broke it would lead us to turmoil. So we have all the motivation to build you high-quality, bullet-proof products that last until you're done with them, and beyond.
Simple 3-Step Warranty Process
1. Contact Us: Send our support team an email with the problems you're running into. Photos help speed up diagnosis. If we can help remotely, we will. If it seems like a repair is needed our team will let you know.
2. Ship The Product In: Box it up and ship it in. Our warranty will cover all parts that need to be replaced. Shipping to and from will need to be covered by you.
3. Get The Product Back: After we thoroughly test the product to ensure it meets our quality standards, we'll ship it back to you. Warranty work takes priority. Once we get it in, we'll start working on it. Warranty typically takes 1-2 days depending on what we're replacing.
Can Lifetime Warranties Be Transferred?
Yes, our Lifetime Warranty is transferable if you contact us to file a transferred warranty certificate. This changes the record in our system for who is covered for the equipment if they need to be replaced.
Important Requirements:
- Warranties must be transferred within 30 days of purchasing equipment or all warranties are voided
- The fee associated with transferring the warranty is $50
- Send us an email to 'support@simcoaches.com' with the headline 'Warranty Transfer'
Information Required: Who you purchased from, What equipment you have, Date of purchase.
When Lifetime Warranties Are Voided
It's important you review the ways you can find your Lifetime Warranty voided to make sure you fully protect yourself. One way we maintain our high quality standards is to hold ourselves accountable when something happens.
Warranty will be voided for:
- Opening up electronics
- Taking equipment apart
- Intentionally breaking equipment
- Foul-play or unintended use
- Attempting unauthorized repairs
Important Notes: We only warranty work that is done in house by our team. Our lifetime warranty is not meant as a way for you to get the latest upgrades or new free equipment. If we find any user using our lifetime warranties to profit, they will no longer have the luxury of having our warranty.
