14-Day Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase if it doesn't meet your expectations. Simply contact our customer service team within this time frame to initiate the return process.
Return Conditions
Like-New Condition Required: Products must be in great condition, showing no signs of foul play or intentional damage. We reserve the right to assess the situation and either charge for the damaged pieces or return the item(s) to you.
Original Packaging: Please retain the original packaging to ensure the items can be shipped back to us safely and securely. Using the original box helps protect the products from any potential damage during transit.
No Return Fees, Unless Damages Are Present
We only charge return fees if there is damage to the product(s). In the case of undamaged products, you will receive a full refund. Almost all damage we've seen comes from users wanting to return and just tossing everything in the box and not caring how it sits. Most of our products are made with softer metals that can scratch. Simply stacking everything in the box is sure to terribly damage everything. Properly pack it back in the box and you won't have one problem.
